Submission is through Easy Chair conference management system.

We strongly suggest to use IEEE templates available here, for both Latex and MS Word. Please submit only pdf format.

The deadline for paper submission is October 15, 2009.

The guidelines for the paper, which are automatically met when using IEEE templates, are as follows

1. Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11")
2. Paper length: Maximum 4 pages, including figures, tables and references.
3. Paper formatting: single spaced, 9pt font, or larger.
4. Margins: Top: 0.75" (19mm), Bottom: 1.0" (25mm), Left & Right: 0.68" (17mm).
